My experience with Becker’s support team was excellent, especially because they were consistently fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. Most of the time, I heard back within about four to five hours, and the longest I ever waited was around 18 hours total. That felt very reasonable to me, especially since the responses themselves were useful and patient rather than rushed. I also had a great experience with Becker’s one-on-one tutoring. That part really stood out. The tutors were not only patient, but they clearly knew the material well enough to explain it in a way that actually made sense to me, which is a huge deal when you’re stuck on a difficult concept. Plus, getting to use Newt was a real treat; it felt like instant, around-the-clock support.
